Venice

.... one of the greatest cities in the world built on 118 islands, is for sure one of the most interesting and worth seeing. Although it is at a fair distance from Istria, a fast and comfortable boat M/B Dora covers it. It's also possible to take one way tickets. On the boat there is a duty free shop and two bars, which represent a real refreshment during hot months. Venice itself is a living museum with indelible traces of its history, canals and bridges (Rialto Bridge and The Bridge of Sighs), St. Mark’s Square and the stunning basilica from the 8th century. As you walk along many streets that were once crowded with artists, you will be able to see the beautiful masterpieces of Venetian architects. Venice is one of the most important tourist destinations in the world, given that the city is one of the world's greatest and most beautiful cities of art. The city has an average of 50,000 tourists a day (2007 estimate).

From May to October, Commodore Cruises operates the international ship service between Istria and Venice.

Excursion Brijuni

This is an excursion for those who love the exotic beauty of untouched nature! A pleasant cruise with m/b DORA  along the western coast of Istria will take you to Big Brijun, one of the 16 islands in this unique national park, where you will be surrounded by the lovely smell of hundred year old pines, the crystal clear blue sea, and the harmony of colours of the sea, sky, rocks and pine woods. A three-hour visit of the area includes the Safari - national park, Tito's museum and the archaeological and ethnological collection including ruins of a Roman settlement.

Arhipelag - Fish picnic

This boat trip offers you sun, sea and a relaxing change of pace. We sail to one of the numerous bays, where we will enjoy grilled fish or meat as well as wine and juices in an unforgettable atmosphere. Apart from the beautiful Rovinj's archipelago that consists of 19 beautiful islands, islets and rocks, the excursion includes also the visit to the Lim Fjord, one of nature dreams for the lovers of beauty and the sea. Lim Fjord is part of the 35 km-long Lim Valley (Draga), that stretches almost to the centre of Istria, to the town of Pazin. From both sides very steep mountains rise, in some parts even up to 100 meters.
